The basic policy of CamPerfect is not to provide refunds unless CCCV Ltd. decides otherwise at its own sole discretion. If specific extraordinary circumstances apply (e.g. technical malfunctions occur) we pay refunds in CamPerfect Credits or cash. In these cases we will take into account other clients’ complaints and complaints about models as well.
